VIVOCloud is a light-weight cloud service designed exclusively for SMB users. The cross-platform service is built with AWS, can be accessed with iOS and Android devices, and also supports web-based portals on both Windows and Mac. VIVOCloud supports easy connection with VIVOTEK’s ND series NVRs and cloud-based IP cameras. With the Share-Device function just a few simple steps will make it extremely easy to scale your system according to changing needs.

VIVOCloud Retail
VIVOCloud Retail is an extended cloud service derived from VIVOCloud. Benefiting from the multi-site connection characteristic of VIVOCloud, VIVOCloud Retail provides the user more insight with no additional charge. With VIVOCloud NVRs, users can quickly switch between Live Stream Surveillance and Guest Count Reports, intelligently eliminating the additional cost of 2 independent systems.

Fisheye Dewarp
Fisheye Dewarp of VIVOTEK 360°cameras can also be done in the mobile app. Users can choose 1O, 1P, 1R modes of fisheye camera and use ePTZ to view streams from different angles.

Key Features
Share Device
No need to share your account and password with others anymore, just share your device with another account. Each device can be shared with up to 4 different VIVOCloud accounts, and only the primary account has the authority to configure the device.
Notification
VIVOCloud keeps an eye on the things you value and pushes alerts to your mobile device wherever you are. Furthermore, you can also view notification history. Now you can stop constantly checking live video streams, and just simply check when notifications appear.
Camera Configuration
The VIVOCloud app supports the camera configuration function. For users who need robust cloud surveillance, you can configure everything with the VIVOCloud app including camera setup, alarms, push notifications, schedule recording, and more.

Key Features
Easy Setup
VIVOCloud Retail requires minimal hardware setup. Simply plug VIVOTEK counting cameras into the NVR and all counting data will automatically sync to the NVR’s hard drive. Users can easily access counting data via the VIVOCloud Retail web portal.
Cross-Platform
VIVOCloud Retail supports both web portal and the standalone app, allowing users to access reports anytime via any device type. All edits of report details will sync to the cloud server, keeping all dashboard information up-to-date across all devices.
Looking into Data
Single click or tap on the VIVOCloud Retail dashboard to see more detailed information. VIVOCloud Retail also supports data comparison and counting report detail down to the minute.
Long-term Performance Tracking
Counting data is no longer limited by camera-based flash memory. All counting data will automatically sync to the NVR HDD every hour, and will be preserved for 2 years. Users are thus enabled to track in-store guest flow and benchmark their campaign performance between different stores or across different time frames to build a smarter, more conscious business.

[Note] Discontinued support for iOS 10
VIVOCloud Retail App is ending support for devices running on iOS 10. VIVOTEK customers using devices with this operating system will no longer be able to access VIVOCloud Retail App starting August 1, 2019. We encourage VIVOTEK customers on iOS 10 to upgrade their operating system for continued access to VIVOCloud Retail App.
